(2) Parents/Guardians must download the Admission Form and complete it carefully and accurately.

(3)All required information must be filled in completely and legibly.

(4) The completed Admission Form, along with the required supporting documents, must be submitted to the school according to the prescribed admission procedure.

(5) Incomplete, incorrect, or misleading information may result in rejection of the admission application.

(1) The student must meet the prescribed age and academic requirements for the respective class.

(2) The academic record or progress report from the previous school may be required.
